(EN)The present invention relates to an apparatus for analyzing a bio-chip, and more particularly, to a nano-scale biochip scanner which radiates, in a staggered manner, line-type light onto both sides of a glass substrate on which biochips labeled by fluorescent materials are disposed, to scan line-type light of uniform intensity, and reduce the intensity of fluorescence, thus analyzing an extremely small amount of a bio-sample. The nano-scale biochip scanner of the present invention includes: a stage on which a substrate with biochips is loaded; a plurality of light output units formed on the stage to output line-type light onto both sides of the substrate; and a camera arranged above the substrate.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil permettant d'analyser une biopuce et, plus particulièrement, un scanner pour biopuce sur une nanoéchelle qui irradie, d'une manière étagée, une lumière de type ligne sur les deux côtés d'un substrat de verre sur lequel sont disposées des biopuces marquées par des matières fluorescentes, de façon à scanner la lumière de type ligne d'intensité uniforme et à réduire l'intensité de la fluorescence, ce qui permet d'analyser une quantité extrêmement petite d'un bio-échantillon. Le scanner pour biopuce sur nanoéchelle de la présente invention comprend : un étage sur lequel est chargé un substrat pourvu de biopuces; une pluralité d'unités d'émission de lumière formées sur l'étage pour émettre la lumière de type ligne des deux côtés du substrat et une caméra disposée sur le substrat.
(KO)본 발명은 바이오 칩을 분석하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 형광물질에 의하여 표지된 바이오 칩이 형성된 글라스 기판의 양 측면에 선형광(line-type light)을 엇갈리게 조사함으로써, 균일한 세기의 선형광을 조사할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 형광의 세기를 감소시켜 극소량의 바이오 샘플을 분석할 수 있는 나노 스케일 바이오 칩 스캐너에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 나노 스케일 바이오 칩 스캐너는 바이오 칩이 형성된 기판을 적치하기 위한 스테이지; 상기 스테이지에 형성되며, 상기 기판의 양측면에 선형광을 출력하기 위한 복수의 광출력부; 및 상기 기판 상부에 위치한 카메라를 포함함에 기술적 특징이 있다.
