Provided is an exhaust recycle system, which can burn and remove efficiently a VOC in an exhaust gas discharged from a predetermined zone and which can recycle the clean air after the removal of VOC.  Also provided is a technique capable of stabilizing the concentration of the VOC contained in the exhaust gas to be fed to an adsorption apparatus.  The exhaust recycle system comprises a coating zone (111) for discharging the exhaust gas containing the VOC, an adsorption apparatus (200) for adsorbing the VOC in the exhaust gas discharged from the coating zone (111), and a clean air recycle apparatus for releasing the VOC adsorbed by the adsorption apparatus (200), from the adsorption apparatus (200), thereby to make the adsorbed VOC into a combustion fuel for a regenerative combustion apparatus (300), and for introducing again the clean air cleaned by passing through the adsorption apparatus (200), into the coating zone (111).  Further comprised is a filter apparatus body (510) for passing therethrough the exhaust gas discharged from the VOC-generating coating zone (111).  The filter apparatus body (510) includes an active carbon cartridge (530) having functions to adsorb and hold a portion of the VOC contained in the exhaust gas discharged from the coating zone (111) and to release a portion of the adsorbed and held VOC if the concentration of the VOC contained in the exhaust gas is low.

La présente invention concerne un système de recyclage de gaz d’échappement, qui peut brûler et éliminer efficacement un COV dans un gaz d’échappement déchargé d’une zone prédéterminée et qui peut recycler l’air propre après l’élimination des COV. La présente invention concerne en outre une technique capable de stabiliser la concentration des COV contenus dans le gaz d’échappement à alimenter à un appareil d’adsorption. Le système de recyclage de gaz d’échappement comprend une zone de revêtement (111) destinée à décharger le gaz d’échappement contenant les COV, et un appareil d’adsorption (200) destiné à adsorber les COV dans le gaz d’échappement déchargés de la zone de revêtement (111), et un appareil de recyclage de l’air propre destiné à libérer les COV adsorbés par l’appareil d’adsorption (200), de l’appareil d’adsorption (200), pour ainsi transformer les COV adsorbés en un carburant à combustion pour un appareil de combustion régénérateur (300) et pour réintroduire l’air propre nettoyé par passage dans l’appareil d’adsorption (200), dans la zone de revêtement (111). La présente invention concerne en outre un corps d’appareil à filtre (510) à l’intérieur duquel passera le gaz d’échappement déchargé de la zone de revêtement générant les COV (111). Le corps d’appareil à filtre (510) comprend une cartouche de charbon actif (530) ayant des fonctions d’adsorption et de rétention d’une partie des COV contenus dans le gaz d’échappement déchargé de la zone de revêtement (111) et de libération d’une partie des COV adsorbés et retenus si la concentration des COV contenus dans le gaz d’échappement est faible.

所定ゾーンから排出された排気中のVOCを効率的に燃焼除去するとともに、VOC除去後の浄化空気をリサイクルすることが可能な排気リサイクルシステムを提供する。また、吸着装置に供給される排気中に含まれるVOCの濃度を安定化できる技術を提供する。 VOCを含む排気を排出する塗装ゾーン111と、塗装ゾーン111から排出された排気中のVOCを吸着する吸着装置200と、吸着装置200に吸着されたVOCを、吸着装置200から離脱させて蓄熱燃焼装置300の燃焼燃料とするとともに、吸着装置200を通過して浄化された浄化空気を塗装ゾーン111へ再び導く浄化空気リサイクル装置と、を備える排気リサイクルシステムである。また、VOCが発生する塗装ゾーン111から排出された排気が通過するフィルタ装置本体510を有し、フィルタ装置本体510は、塗装ゾーン111から排出された排気中に含まれるVOCのうちの一部を吸着して保持すると共に、該排気中に含まれるVOCの濃度が低い場合には、吸着されて保持されたVOCの一部を放出する機能を有する活性炭カートリッジ530を備える。
