Abstract
(EN) A technique of realistically calculate the cross-section layout of a bundle of wires which corresponds to the initial arrangement of wires. When the geometric information is acquired by a geometric information acquisition means (11a), the arrangement information corresponding to the geometric information is acquired by an arrangement information acquisition means (11b). When the boundary information which is based on the arrangement information is calculated by a boundary information calculation means (11c), the bundling shape information which corresponds to the boundary information and represents the shape of the cross-section layout of the bundle of wires is acquired by a bundling shape information acquisition means (11d). When the boundary information is deformed by a boundary information deformation means (11e) toward the bundling shape information, the behavior of each of the cross-section figures in the boundary information is calculated by an arrangement information changing means (11f) in accordance with the contact between the boundary information and the cross-section figure or the contact between the cross-section figures, and the arrangement information is changed such that a plurality of cross-section figures are all arranged close together. The cross-section layout information which is based on the changed arrangement information is output by a cross-section layout information output means (11g).
(FR) Technique de calcul réaliste d'agencement de sections transversales d’un faisceau de câbles correspondant à la disposition initiale de ces câbles. Une fois les informations géométriques acquises par un moyen d’acquisition d’informations géométriques (11a), les informations correspondant à ces informations géométriques sont acquises par un moyen d’acquisition d’informations de disposition (11b). Lorsque les informations de limites basées sur ces informations de disposition sont calculées par un moyen de calcul d’informations de limites (11c), les informations de forme du faisceau correspondant à ces informations de limites et représentant la forme de l’agencement des sections transversales des câbles du faisceau, sont acquises par un moyen d’acquisition de forme de faisceau (11d). Si les informations de limites sont déformées par un moyen de déformation d’informations de limites (11e) pour refléter les informations de forme de faisceau, le comportement de chacun des calibres de sections transversales dans les informations de limites est calculé par un moyen de modification d’informations de disposition (11f) selon le contact entre les informations de limites et ce calibre de sections transversales, ou le contact entre les calibres de sections transversales, et les informations de disposition sont modifiées de façon à ce que plusieurs calibres de sections transversales soient disposés à proximité les uns des autres. Les informations de disposition de sections transversales basées sur les informations de disposition modifiées sont générées par un moyen de génération d’informations d’agencement de sections transversales (11g).
(JA) 【課題】線材の初期配置に対応した現実的な線材束の断面レイアウトを算出する。 【解決手段】幾何学情報取得手段11aにて幾何学情報が取得されると、該幾何学情報に対応する配置情報が配置情報取得手段11bによって取得される。境界情報算出手段11cにて前記配置情報に基づいた境界情報が算出されると、束ね形状情報取得手段11dにて境界情報に対応し且つ線材束の断面レイアウトの形状を示す束ね形状情報が取得される。境界情報変形手段11eにて境界情報が束ね形状情報に向かって変形されると、配置情報変更手段11fにて境界情報と断面図形との接触又は断面図形同士の接触に応じて、境界情報内における複数の断面図形の各々の挙動が算出され、複数の断面図形の全てを密集させたときの各断面図形の配置に配置情報が変更される。当該変更された配置情報に基づいた断面レイアウト情報が断面レイアウト情報出力手段11gによって出力される。
