Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbindungs- oder Abzweigelement (1) zum Verbinden mit einem Ende eines aus thermoplastischen Kunststoff bestehenden Rohres (3) im Laserdurchstrahlverfahren, das einen hohlzylinderförmigen Verbindungsabschnitt (4) zur Aufnahme und zur dichtenden Befestigung des einschiebbaren Rohrendes aufweist, der zusammen mit einem Rohrendabschnitt (2) des eingeschobenen Rohres (3) radial einen Ringspalt (5) bildet. Der Verbindungsabschnitt (4) weist an dem Innenumfang ein angeformtes umlaufendes Brückungselement (6) zum partiellen Überbrücken des Ringspaltes (5) auf. Das Brückungselement (6) wird mit dem Rohrendabschnitt (2) des eingeschobenen Rohres (3) verschweißt.
(EN) The invention relates to a connection or branch element (1) for connecting to one end of a tube (3), consisting of thermoplastic synthetic resin, by a laser transmission method. The connection or branch element (1) has a hollow cylindrical connection section (4) for accommodating the tube end, which can be pushed in and fastened to make a seal and which, together with an end section (2) of the tube (3), which has been pushed in, forms an annular, radial gap (5). At the inner periphery, the connection section (4) has an integrally molded, peripheral bridging element (6) for partially bridging the annular gap (5). The bridging element (6) is welded to the end section (2) of the pushed-in tube (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de raccordement ou de dérivation (1) à raccorder à une extrémité d'un tuyau (3) constitué de matière thermoplastique au moyen d'un procédé par transmission laser. Ledit élément présente un segment de raccordement (4) de forme cylindrique creuse destiné à loger et à fixer de manière étanche l'extrémité de tuyau pouvant être insérée, ledit segment formant radialement une fente annulaire (5) conjointement avec un segment d'extrémité de tuyau (2) du tuyau inséré (3). Un élément de pontage (6) périphérique est formé sur la périphérie interne du segment de raccordement (4) afin de réaliser un pontage partiel de la fente annulaire (5). L'élément de pontage (6) est soudé au segment d'extrémité de tuyau (2) du tuyau inséré (3).
