Abstract:
(EN) Article in the form of a slab or flag fabricated from stone agglomerate coated with thin, transparent films of TiO2 or ZnO, using dry deposition techniques, with a high level of resistance to solar degradation, said article having the form of a slab or flag fabricated from stone agglomerate coated with a thin, transparent film of TiO2 and/or ZnO with low or zero photocatalytic activity, said film being deposited by means of dry deposition, physical vapour deposition (PVD) or plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) techniques. Said article has a high level of resistance to solar degradation, which means that the resulting material is suitable for external environments.
(ES) Artículo en forma de tabla o losa fabricado de aglomerado pétreo recubierto con láminas delgadas transparentes de TiO2 ó ZnO mediante técnicas de deposición en vía seca con alta resistencia frente a la degradación solar, se refiere a un artículo en forma de tabla o losa fabricado de aglomerado pétreo, cubierto con una lámina delgada transparente de TiO2 y/o ZnO con baja o nula actividad fotocatalítica, depositada por técnicas de deposición en vía seca, tipo deposición física de vapor o PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) o deposición química en fase vapor asistida por plasma o PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition). Este artículo presenta una alta resistencia frente a la degradación solar, lo que hace que el material obtenido sea adecuado para ambientes exteriores.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un article en forme de plaque ou de dalle, fabriqué dans un matériau pierreux aggloméré que l'on recouvre de minces couches transparentes de TiO2 ou de ZnO selon des techniques de dépôt par voie sèche, lequel article possède une résistance élevée à la dégradation solaire. La plaque ou dalle en matériau pierreux aggloméré précitée est recouverte d'une mince couche transparente de TiO2 et/ou de ZnO à activité photovoltaïque faible ou nulle, formée selon des techniques de dépôt par voie sèche, du type dépôt physique en phase vapeur ou PVD (physical vapor deposition) ou dépôt chimique en phase vapeur assisté par plasma ou PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition). L'article selon l'invention possède une résistance élevée à la dégradation solaire, ce qui en fait un matériau adapté aux environnements extérieurs.
