The present invention provides a chuck for clamping a plate. The chuck comprises a cylindrical main body, an electro-motive member and a movable piece. In the main body, a hollow space penetrating the center thereof and an opening connected to the hollow space are formed, and the opening narrows as it approaches the hollow space. For insertion into the hollow space and opening and vertical movement in the axial direction, the electromotive member includes an electromotive shaft and a pressing unit in which one lateral end of the electromotive shaft is tapered. A primary elastic member supports and allows the electromotive shaft to move down the main body by an external force and, when the external force is terminated, to move up the main body and back to the original position. In the main body positioned in the circumference of the opening, plural guide slots are radially formed. The movable piece is supported by a secondary elastic member and is inserted in the guide slot to protrude toward the circumference of the main body by the pressing unit and return when the electro-motive member moves back to the original position. Accordingly, when the electro-motive member moves down the main body, the movable piece protrudes toward the circumference of the main body and then moves down.

L'invention concerne un mandrin pour serrer une plaque. Ledit mandrin comprend un corps principal cylindrique, un élément électro-moteur, et une pièce mobile. Un espace creux pénétrant le centre du corps principal et une ouverture reliée à l'espace creux sont formés, les ouvertures se réduisant à mesure qu'on approche de l'espace creux. L'élément électro-moteur à introduire dans l'espace creux et une ouverture, se déplaçant verticalement dans la direction axiale, comprend un arbre électro-moteur et une unité de pression dans laquelle une extrémité latérale de l'élément électro-moteur est effilée. Un élément élastique primaire supporte l'arbre électro-moteur et lui permet de faire descendre le corps principal au moyen d'une force externe et, lorsque cette force n'est plus appliquée, de ramener le corps à sa position d'origine. Plusieurs fentes de guidage sont formées dans le corps principal positionné dans l'ouverture circonférentielle. La pièce mobile est supportée par un élément élastique secondaire et est introduite dans la fente de guidage pour faire saillie vers la circonférence du corps principal au moyen de l'unité de pression et revient lorsque l'élément électro-moteur revient à sa position d'origine. De ce fait, lorsque l'élément électro-moteur fait descendre le corps principal, la pièce mobile fait saillie vers la circonférence du corps principal, puis descend.

본 발명은 플레이트 고정용 척을 제공한다. 상기 플레이트 고정용 척은 중심부를 관통하는 중공부와, 상기 중공부에 연결되어 일측단으로 갈수록 확대되는 개구부가 형성되는 원통형의 본체; 상기 중공부 및 상기 개구부에 삽입되어 축방향으로 상하이동하도록 전동축과 상기 전동축의 일측단이 테이퍼지게 확장 형성되는 가압부가 구비되고, 외력에 의해 상기 본체의 하측으로 이동되고, 상기 외력이 없어지면 다시 상기 본체의 상측으로 이동하여 원위치되도록 제1탄성체에 의해 지지되는 전동체; 상기 개구부 원주방향에 위치한 상기 본체에는 방사상으로 복수개의 안내슬롯이 형성되고, 상기 가압부에 의해 원주방향으로 돌출후 상기 전동체가 원위치되면 복원되도록 제2탄성체에 의해 지지되어 상기 안내슬롯에 삽입되어 상기 전동체가 상기 본체의 하측으로 이동시 상기 본체의 원주방향으로 돌출된 후 하측으로 이동되는 이동편;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 고정용 척을 포함한다.
