Abstract

Mit einer Schlackerinne an Brennern oder Brennernischen zum Schutz vor herabfließender Schlacke, die bei der Vergasung aschehaltiger feinzerteilter Brennstoffe innerhalb eines Vergasers anfällt, soll ein sicherer Schutz der Brennerausgänge bzw. der Brennernischen vor Zusetzen mit Schlacke bereitgestellt werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Schlackerinne (8) von einer Mehrzahl von von Kühlmedium durchf lossenen Rohrbögen (9) gebildet ist, die in der Montagelage eine in das Innere des Vergasers weisende, zur Vergaserwand (1) schräge, den Brenner (2) bzw. die Brennernische (7) in Schwerkraftrichtung am oberen Bereich abschirmende Rinnenfläche bilden, die zur Brennerwand (1) einen im Wesentlichen spitzen Winkel (α) ausbildet.

The aim of the invention is to design a slag runner on burners or burner recesses for providing protection against dripping slag produced when ash-containing, finely divided fuels are gasified within a gasifier such that the burner outlets or the burner recesses are safely prevented from getting clogged with slag. Said aim is achieved by the fact that the slag runner (8) is formed by a plurality of pipe elbows (9) through which cooling medium flows and which form a runner surface that faces the interior of the gasifier, extends at an angle from the gasifier wall (1), and shields the burner (2) or the burner recess (7) in the top region in the direction of gravity in the mounted position, said runner surface forming a substantially acute angle (α) relative to the burner wall (1).

La présente invention concerne un canal à scorie sur des brûleurs ou des niches de brûleur permettant d'assurer une protection contre l'écoulement de scorie produite par la gazéification de combustibles finement pulvérisés contenant des cendres dans un gazéifieur. L'objectif de l'invention est d'assurer, avec un tel canal à scorie, une protection sûre des sorties de brûleur ou des niches de brûleur contre un encrassement avec des scories. A cet effet, le canal à scorie (8) est composé de plusieurs coudes de tuyau (9) dans lesquels circule un milieu de refroidissement et qui, lorsqu'ils sont montés, forment une surface de canal orientée vers l'intérieur du gazéifieur, formant un angle avec la paroi (1) du gazéifieur et protégeant le brûleur (2) ou la niche de brûleur (7) dans la région supérieure, dans la direction de la gravité, laquelle surface de canal forme un angle (α) sensiblement aigu avec la paroi (1) du brûleur.
