The present invention relates to a composition for a flame-retardant aluminum composite panel core wherein the composition is prepared by mixing a non-halogen-based flame retardant and a foaming agent to polyolefin, compounding the mixture by using a kneader or a Banbury mixer, and foaming the compound in an extrusion process using a sheet molding machine to lower the specific gravity of the composition to 1.35 or less. The composition for an aluminum composite panel core prepared according to the present invention is lightweight and exhibits excellent flame retardance, extrusion workability, and bending properties.

Composition pour âme de panneau composite en aluminium ignifuge que l'on obtient en mélangeant un produit ignifugeant à base non halogène et un agent moussant avec une polyoléfine, en malaxant ce mélange avec un pétrisseur ou mélangeur Banbury et en le faisant mousser par une opération d'extrusion dans une machine à mouler en feuille afin d'en abaisser le poids spécifique à 1.35 ou moins. La composition de l'invention pour âme de panneau composite en aluminium ignifuge est légère et remarquable en termes de pouvoir ignifugeant, de formabilité par extrusion et de caractéristiques de flexion.

본 발명은 난연성 알루미늄 복합판넬의 심재용 조성물에 관한 것으로 열가소성 폴리올레핀에 비할로겐계 난연제와 발포제를 혼합하여 니더 또는 반바리 믹서에서 컴파운딩 한 후, 시트 성형기를 통한 압출 공정에서 발포시켜 비중을 1.35 이하로 낮춘 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 알루미늄 복합판넬 심재용 조성물은 우수한 불연성, 경량성, 압출 가공성, 밴딩 특성을 공한다.
