Abstract
(EN)
The invention provides a DNA sequencing reaction unit, which comprises: (a) a sequencing reaction chamber wherein the chamber includes an inner wall with immobilized DNA fragments; and (b) a reagent entrance and exit which applies for the reagent influx and efflux from the reaction chamber. The DNA sequencing reaction unit in the invention can achieve the automatic high-throughput DNA sequencing.

La présente invention concerne une unité de réaction de séquençage d’ADN, qui comprend : (a) une chambre de réaction de séquençage où la chambre comprend une paroi interne avec des fragments d’ADN immobilisés ; et (b) une entrée et une sortie de réactif qui permettent l’afflux et l’efflux de réactif depuis la chambre de réaction. L’unité de réaction de séquençage d’ADN de l’invention permet le séquençage d’ADN automatisé à rendement élevé.
