A measurement apparatus capable of measuring a position and a size of an absorber with high accuracy, which includes: a light source unit for emitting a pulse beam; an illumination optical unit for leading the pulse beam emitted by the light source unit to an inside of an inspection object; and an acoustic signal detection unit for detecting a photoacoustic signal generated by the pulse beam in which the illumination optical unit includes a first and second illumination optical units that are arranged so that the inspection object is irradiated with the pulse beam from both sides thereof opposingly; and the acoustic signal detection unit is provided so that a detection surface of the acoustic signal detection unit is positioned on the same side as that of one of irradiation surfaces of the inspection object which the first and second illumination optical units irradiate with the pulse beam.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure adapté pour mesurer une position et une dimension d'un absorbeur avec une grande précision, comprenant : une unité de source lumineuse pour émettre un faisceau pulsé; une unité optique d'éclairage pour conduire le faisceau pulsé émis par l'unité de source lumineuse à l'intérieur d'un objet d'inspection; et une unité de détection de signaux acoustiques pour détecter un signal photo-acoustique généré par le faisceau pulsé, l'unité optique d'éclairage comprenant des première et deuxième unités optiques d'éclairage qui sont agencées de manière que l'objet d'inspection soit irradié par le faisceau pulsé de manière opposée sur des deux côtés; et l'unité de détection de signaux acoustiques est agencée de sorte qu'une surface de détection de l'unité de détection des signaux acoustiques soit positionnée du même côté qu'une des surfaces d'irradiation de l'objet d'inspection que les première et deuxième unités optiques d'éclairage irradient avec le faisceau pulsé.
