Provided is a method for removing unburned carbon that, by adjusting the amount of a collecting agent added according to unburned carbon content in fly ash, not only prevents oversupply of said collecting agent but also maintains the separability of the unburned carbon and reduces the burden on the worker involved in adjusting operation parameters. With a method for separating unburned carbon in fly ash, wherein a collecting agent (k) is added to a slurry (f2) formed by adding water (w) to fly ash (f1); a shear force produced by rotating shear blades (4a) is applied; then a foaming agent (b) is added and air is supplied to said slurry (f4) to generate foam; and unburned carbon (c1) in the fly ash adheres to said foam so that it floats; in the method that separates flying ash (f6) and unburned carbon (c1), the amount of unburned carbon in the fly ash (f1) to which water was added to form slurry (f2) is measured, and the amount of collecting agent (k) added is adjusted.

L’invention concerne un procédé pour éliminer le carbone imbrûlé qui, en ajustant la quantité d’agent collecteur ajouté selon la quantité de carbone imbrûlé dans des cendres volantes, non seulement empêche la suralimentation dudit agent collecteur, mais également maintient la séparabilité du carbone imbrûlé et réduit la charge sur l’opérateur impliqué pour ajuster des paramètres de fonctionnement. Selon un procédé de séparation de carbone imbrûlé dans des cendres volantes, un agent collecteur (k) est ajouté à une pâte (f2) formée en ajoutant de l’eau (w) aux cendres volantes (f1) ; une force de cisaillement produite grâce à la rotation des lames de cisaillement (4a) est appliquée ; un agent moussant (b) est ensuite ajouté et de l’air est fourni à ladite pâte (f4) pour générer de la mousse ; et le carbone imbrûlé (c1) dans les cendres volantes adhère à ladite mousse de façon à flotter. Dans le procédé de séparation des cendres volantes (f6) et du carbone imbrûlé (c1), la quantité de carbone imbrûlé dans les cendres volantes (f1) auxquelles de l’eau a été ajoutée pour former la pâte (f2) est mesurée, et la quantité d’agent collecteur (k) ajoutée est ajustée.

 フライアッシュ中の未燃カーボン含有率に応じて捕集剤の添加量を調整することで、その捕集剤の供給過剰を防止すると共に未燃カーボンの分離性を維持し、更に、運転パラメータの調整にかかる作業者への負担を軽減することのできる未燃カーボンの除去方式を提供する。  フライアッシュf1に水wを加えて生成したスラリーf2に捕集剤kを添加して剪断翼4aの回転による剪断力を付与し、更にそのスラリーf4に起泡剤bを添加すると共に空気airを供給して気泡を発生し、この気泡にフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンc1を付着させて浮上させ、フライアッシュf6と未燃カーボンc1とを分離するフライアッシュ中の未燃カーボンの分離方式において、水wが加えられてスラリーf2を生成するフライアッシュf1中の未燃カーボン量を測定し、捕集剤kの添加量を調整する。
