A display device includes: an organic EL element (110), a data line (31), an inspection transistor (140) inserted between an anode of the organic EL element (110) and the data line (31), a current generation circuit (40) connected to the data line (31), a voltage generation circuit (30) connected to the data line (31), and a control unit.  The control unit is electrically connected to the inspection transistor (140) and causes the data line (31) to execute precharge from the voltage generation circuit (30).  Then, the control unit causes a voltage detection circuit (50) to measure an anode voltage of the organic EL element (110) while current is applied from the current generation circuit (40) to the organic EL element (110).  If it is judged that the anode voltage of the organic EL element (110) measured by the voltage detection circuit (50) is not stable, the control unit updates the precharge condition.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'affichage qui comprend : un élément électroluminescent (EL) organique (110), une ligne de données (31), un transistor d'inspection (140) inséré entre une anode de l'élément EL organique (110) et la ligne de données (31), un circuit de génération de courant (40) connecté à la ligne de données (31), un circuit de génération de tension (30) connecté à la ligne de données (31) et une unité de commande. L'unité de commande est électriquement connectée au transistor d'inspection (140) et fait exécuter par la ligne de données (31) une précharge par le circuit de génération de tension (30). Ensuite, l'unité de commande fait mesurer par un circuit de détection de tension (50) une tension d'anode de l'élément EL organique (110) tandis qu'on fait appliquer un courant à l'élément EL organique (110) par le circuit de génération de courant (40). S'il est déterminé que la tension d'anode de l'élément EL organique (110) mesurée par le circuit de détection de tension (50) n'est pas stable, l'unité de commande actualise la condition de précharge.

有機EL素子(110)と、データ線(31)と、有機EL素子(110)のアノードとデータ線(31)との間に挿入された検査トランジスタ(140)と、データ線(31)に接続された電流発生回路(40)と、データ線(31)に接続された電圧発生回路(30)と、検査トランジスタ(140)を導通にして、データ線(31)に対して電圧発生回路(30)からのプリチャージを実行させた後、有機EL素子(110)に対して電流発生回路(40)から電流を印加させている間に有機EL素子(110)のアノード電圧を電圧検出回路(50)に計測させ、電圧検出回路(50)で計測された有機EL素子(110)のアノード電圧が安定でないと判定した場合、プリチャージの条件を更新する制御部とを備える。
