Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kolbenpumpe (1) beispielsweise als Rückförderpumpe einer blockierschutzgeregelten, hydraulischen Fahrzeugbremsanlage. Zur Führung und Abdichtung eines Pumpenkolbens (2) weist die Kolbenpumpe (1) ein Kolbenringpaket (7) mit einem Dichtring (9), insbesondere einem Quadring, einem Stützring (10) und einem Führungsring (8) auf. Die Erfindung schlägt vor, den Führungsring (8) mit einer Fase (13) auszubilden, in die der Stützring (10) bei Druckbeaufschlagung hineinverschwenkt. Dadurch wird seine dem Dichtring (9) zugewandte Innenkante gegen den Pumpenkolben (2) gedrückt, wodurch seine Abstreifwirkung verbessert wird, Spiel zwischen dem Stützring (10) und dem Pumpenkolben (2) dauerhaft vermieden wird und eine Standzeit des Dichtrings (9) verlängert ist.

The invention relates to a piston pump (1), for example as a return pump of an anti-lock, hydraulic vehicle brake system. In order to guide and seal a pump piston (2), the piston pump (1) comprises a set of piston rings (7) having a sealing ring (9), especially a quad ring, a support ring (10), and a guide ring (8). According to the invention, the guide ring (8) is designed with a chamfer (13) into which the support ring (10) pivots when subjected to pressure, whereby the inner edge of said support ring facing the sealing ring (9) is pressed against the pump piston (2), whereby the wiping effect of said support ring is improved, play between the support ring (10) and the pump piston (2) is permanently avoided, and the service life of the sealing ring (9) is extended.

L’invention concerne une pompe à piston (1) par exemple comme pompe de refoulement d’une installation de freinage hydraulique, antiblocage, de véhicule. Pour guider et étancher un piston de pompe (2), la pompe à piston (1) présente un ensemble de segments de piston (7) avec une bague d’étanchéité (9), en particulier une bague à quatre lobes, une bague de support (10) et une bague de guidage (8). L’invention propose de réaliser la bague de guidage (8) avec un biseau (13) dans lequel la bague de support (10) bascule sous pression. De ce fait, son bord intérieur orienté vers la bague d’étanchéité (9) est pressé contre le piston de pompe (2), ce qui améliore son effet de raclage, évite de manière permanente un jeu entre la bague de support (10) et le piston de pompe (2) et allonge la durée d’utilisation de la bague d’étanchéité (9).
