Radarsensor zur Umfelderfassung eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit Sendemitteln zur Abstrahlung von Sendesignalen mit mehreren Sendeantennen, Empfangsmitteln zum Empfang von an Objekten reflektierten Sendesignalen mit mehreren Empfangsantennen und Signalverarbeitungsmitteln zur Prozessierung der empfangenen Signale, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere Sende- und mehrere Empfangsantennen gibt, welche jeweils wenigstens ein auf der Vorder- oder Rückseite einer ebenen Platine angeordnetes sendendes bzw. empfangendes Einzelelement, im Folgenden als Elementarstrahler bezeichnet, beinhalten, es wenigstens eine Sende- und eine Empfangsantenne gibt, welche jeweils wenigstens einen auf der ebenen Platine angeordneten Elementarstrahler beinhalten, dessen Strahlkegelzentrum außerhalb des Radarsensors mit höchstens 45° zur Senkrechten auf der Platine gekippt ist, und es wenigstens eine Sende- und eine Empfangsantenne gibt, welche jeweils wenigstens einen auf der ebenen Platine angeordneten Elementarstrahler beinhalten, dessen Strahlkegelzentrum außerhalb des Radarsensors mit mehr als 45° zur Senkrechten auf der Platine gekippt ist.

The invention relates to a radar sensor for recording the environment of a motor vehicle, comprising: transmission means for emitting transmission signals using several transmitter antennae; receiving means for receiving transmission signals reflected by objects using several receiver antennae; and signal processing means for processing the received signals. The system is characterised in that: it is equipped with several transmitter and receiver antennae, each containing at least one individual transmitting or receiving element, referred to henceforth as an elemental emitter, which is located on the front or rear face of a level printed circuit board; it is equipped with at least one transmitter antenna and receiver antenna, each containing at least one elemental emitter located on the level printed circuit board, the antenna pattern of said antenna outside the radar sensor being tilted at a maximum angle of 45° to the perpendicular on the board; and it is equipped with at least one transmitter and receiver antenna, each containing at least one elemental emitter on the level printed circuit board, the antenna pattern of said antenna outside the radar sensor being tilted at a minimum angle of 45° to the perpendicular on the board.

Capteur radar permettant de soumettre à une détection l'environnement d'un véhicule à moteur, qui comporte des moyens d'émission destinés à émettre des signaux d'émission à l'aide de plusieurs antennes d'émission, des moyens de réception destinés à la réception de signaux réfléchis par des objets à l'aide de plusieurs antennes de réception et des moyens de traitement de signaux pour le traitement des signaux reçus. Ledit capteur radar est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs antennes d'émission et plusieurs antennes de réception qui contiennent chacune au moins un élément individuel émetteur ou récepteur placé sur la face avant ou la face arrière d'une plaque plane, désigné ci-après par le terme d'élément rayonnant élémentaire, en ce qu'il comporte au moins une antenne d'émission et une antenne de réception qui contiennent chacune au moins un élément rayonnant élémentaire situé sur la plaque plane, le centre du cône de rayonnement dudit élément à l'extérieur du capteur radar étant incliné de 45° au plus par rapport à la verticale sur la plaque et en ce qu'il comporte au moins une antenne d'émission et une antenne de réception qui contiennent chacune au moins un élément rayonnant élémentaire situé sur la plaque plane, le centre du cône de rayonnement dudit élément à l'extérieur du capteur radar étant incliné de plus de 45° par rapport à la verticale sur la plaque.
