(EN)The present invention provides an organic LED and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode includes: a substrate, a primary electrode prepared on the substrate, at least one organic layer prepared on the primary electrode, a secondary electrode prepared on the organic layer, and a light extraction layer prepared on the secondary electrode. The organic LED according to the invention is able to maximize luminosity by minimizing the total reflection of light generated inside the diode and emitting as much light to the outside as possible.
(FR)L'invention concerne une DEL organique et son procédé de fabrication. La diode électroluminescente organique comprend : un substrat, une électrode primaire préparée sur le substrat, au moins une couche organique préparée sur l'électrode primaire, une électrode secondaire préparée sur la couche organique, et une couche d'extraction de lumière préparée sur l'électrode secondaire. La DEL organique de l'invention permet de maximiser la luminosité par réduction au minimum de la réflexion totale de lumière produite à l'intérieur de la diode et par émission vers l'extérieur d'autant de lumière que possible.
