(FR)La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé pratique pour l’évaluation de la fonction d’un phagocyte par la mesure de sCD14-ST qui est un facteur humoral produit spécifiquement via la phagocytose par le phagocyte et est stable à un niveau approprié pour la mesure. L’invention concerne également un procédé permettant la détection d’une maladie associée à la phagocytose par un phagocyte.
