(EN)An L-amino acid can be produced by: culturing a bacterium which belongs to the family Enterobacteriaceae, is increased in the ability to utilize a fatty acid, and is capable of producing the L-amino acid in a culture medium containing a fatty acid or a hydrolysate of an oil-and-fat as a carbon source, thereby producing and accumulating the L-amino acid in a culture; and collecting the L-amino acid from the culture.
(FR)L’invention concerne la production d’un acide L-aminé par : culture d’une bactérie qui appartient à la famille Enterobacteriaceae, qui présente une capacité accrue à utiliser un acide gras et qui est capable de produire l’acide L-aminé dans un milieu de culture contenant un acide gras ou un hydrolysat d’une huile et matière grasse en tant que source de carbone, afin de produire et d’accumuler l’acide L-aminé dans une culture ; et recueillement de l’acide L-aminé à partir de la culture.
(JA)腸内細菌科に属し、脂肪酸の資化能力が高められ、L-アミノ酸生産能を有する細菌を脂肪酸または油脂の加水分解物を炭素源とする培地に培養し、培養物中にL-アミノ酸を生産蓄積させ、該培養物からL-アミノ酸を採取することにより、L-アミノ酸を製造する。
