(EN)The method for recycling composite material comprising cellulose, plastics material, aluminium and water and obtained by a pulping process, comprises the phases of: - introducing the material into a tank full of water to allow settling of heavy foreign bodies and separation of the residual solid fraction, - centrifuging the residual solid fraction, so as to reduce its moisture content, - shredding and drying the solid fraction, so as to obtain a dried material having a water content of less than 2% and a cellulose content of less than 2%, - compacting the dried material, and - extruding the compacted material and subdividing it into granules.
(FR)Le procédé de recyclage d’un matériau composite comprenant de la cellulose, des matières plastiques, de l’aluminium et de l’eau et obtenu par un processus de dépulpage, comprend les phases consistant à : - introduire le matériau dans une cuve remplie d’eau afin de permettre le dépôt de corps étrangers lourds et la séparation de la fraction solide résiduelle, - centrifuger la fraction solide résiduelle, de manière à réduire sa teneur en humidité, - déchiqueter et sécher la fraction solide, de manière à obtenir un matériau séché ayant une teneur en eau de moins de 2 % et une teneur en cellulose de moins de 2 %, - compacter le matériau séché, et – extruder le matériau compacté et le subdiviser en granules.
