(EN)A corrosion sensor comprises an insulating substrate,a thin film of a first metallic material formed on the substrate; and an array of areas comprising a second metallic material provided at the surface of the thin film. A method for manufacturing such a sensor is also disclosed. An exemplary embodiment is disclosed in which the thin film is patterned to define a number of tracks, the resistance of which can be monitored in order to determine the degree to which the thin film has corroded.
(FR)L’invention concerne un capteur de corrosion qui comporte un substrat isolant, un film mince d'un premier matériau métallique formé sur le substrat et un réseau de régions comportant un second matériau métallique placé à la surface du film mince. L’invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel capteur. Un mode de réalisation à titre d'exemple est décrit, dans lequel des motifs sont formés sur le film mince pour définir un certain nombre de pistes, dont la résistance peut être surveillée afin de déterminer le degré de corrosion du film mince.
