(EN)The present invention relates to a switching center server comprising: - a blade cluster with a plurality of blades (110), - a plurality of pooled resources accessible by said plurality of blades (110) for handling a call, and - a master (112) provided on one of the blades centrally coordinating the usage of the pooled resources, the master as a central instance being responsible for allocation, de-allocation and maintenance of the pooled resources. At outage of one or more blades, the invention provides mechanisms to keep impacts on ongoing calls to a minimum and to keep pooled resources available to the remaining blades.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un serveur de centre de commutation comprenant : une batterie de lames dotée d’une pluralité de lames (110), une pluralité de ressources regroupées accessibles par ladite pluralité de lames (110) pour gérer un appel, et un maître (112) prévu sur l’une des lames et coordonnant centralement l’utilisation des ressources regroupées, le maître en tant qu’instance centrale étant responsable de l’affectation, la désaffectation et la maintenance des ressources regroupées. Lors de l’interruption d’une ou plusieurs lames, l’invention propose des mécanismes pour maintenir les impacts sur les appels en cours à leur minimum et pour conserver les ressources regroupées disponibles pour les lames restantes.
