(EN)The Coating Application Thermal Stabilization (CATS) System is a complete approach to stabilizing the substrate and the coating material temperatures involved in coating application processes. It involves the combination of point of use temperature control of the coating material being applied and a substrate thermal measurement/correction system located directly before the coating station or booth to assure accurate temperature of the part or substrate entering the coating process.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système de stabilisation thermique de revêtement (CATS) qui consiste en une approche globale destinée à stabiliser les températures du matériau de revêtement et du substrat impliqués dans les processus d'application de revêtement. Il implique la combinaison entre la régulation de la température d'utilisation du matériau de revêtement appliqué et un système de mesure/correction thermique du substrat se trouvant juste avant la station ou la cabine de revêtement afin d'assurer une température adéquate de la pièce ou du substrat entrant dans le processus de revêtement.
