Title (EN) ENZYME REAGENTS FOR AMPLIFICATION OF POLYNUCLEOTIDES IN THE PRESENCE OF INHIBITORS
(FR) RÉACTIFS ENZYMATIQUES POUR L’AMPLIFICATION DE POLYNUCLÉOTIDES EN PRÉSENCE D’INHIBITEURS
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Compositions and methods are provided for amplifying polynucletoidesenzyme reagents for amplification of polynucleotides in the presence of inhibitors from samples containing inhibitors that normally inhibit amplification using an enzyme blend containing a plurality of polymerases. The ability to amplify polynucleotides efficiently in the presence of inhibitors allows the enzyme reagent to be used in both routine amplification and real-time amplification from inhibitor-containing samples.
