(EN)An analog of human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (hG-CSF analog) is disclosed. The hG-CSF analog comprises an amino acid sequence that differs from the wild-type hG-CSF sequence at position 17 and at least one other position, and is capable of preventing trophoblast cell apoptosis. Also disclosed is pharmaceutical compositions comprising the hG-CSF analog, polynucleotides encoding the hG-CSF analog, expression vectors containing the polynucleotides, host cells containing the expression vectors, as well as a method for preventing spontaneous abortion using the hG-CSF analog.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un analogue du facteur de croissance des colonies granulocytaires humain (analogue du hG-CSF). L'analogue du hG-CSF renferme une séquence d'acides aminés qui diffère de la séquence du hG-CSF de type sauvage au niveau de la position 17 et au niveau d'au moins une autre position, et est capable de prévenir l'apoptose de cellules trophoblastiques. L'invention porte également sur des compositions pharmaceutiques renfermant l'analogue du hG-CSF, sur des polynucléotides codant pour l'analogue du hG-CSF, sur des vecteurs d'expression contenant les polynucléotides, sur des cellules hôtes contenant les vecteurs d'expression, ainsi que sur un procédé de prévention de l'avortement spontané utilisant l'analogue du hG-CSF.
