(EN)The present invention relates to a head reinforcement structure for a tubular steel pile. More specifically, the present invention comprises a tubular steel pile whereof the top and bottom are open and a plurality of coupling holes are formed in the lower circumference. A circular reinforcement plate is inserted in the tubular steel pile and contains a plurality of holes on the edge thereof. One end of a fastening member is inserted in the hole formed in the circular reinforcement plate and is coupled therein with a nut and the other end is held in the upper circumference of the tubular steel pile to fasten the circular reinforcement plate to the lower inside of the tubular steel pile. A plurality of reinforcing members are formed and one side of each reinforcing member is beforehand welded with a bolt which is coupled with the coupling hole of the tubular steel pile. A cylindrical ring is coupled with the bolt before the bolt is coupled with the coupling hole of the tubular steel pile. A plurality of trapezoidal plates comprise insertion holes which are formed near the shortest sides thereof and a nut is welded near the insertion hole and the bottom thereof. According to the present invention, the bolt of the reinforcing member is first inserted into the cylindrical ring that has a certain length then is inserted facing outwardly into the coupling hole from the inside of the tubular steel pile. The end of the reinforcing member contacts the upper surface of the circular reinforcement plate. Thus, the reinforcing members are constantly distanced from the inner circumference of the tubular steel pile and the plate is placed on top of the reinforcing member then moves down until it is held on the upper circumference of the tubular steel pile. Furthermore, the shortest side of the plate faces the inside of the tubular steel pile, wherein the nut is coupled with the bolt then the tip of the bold contacts one side of the reinforcing member for anchoring the reinforcing member. In this way, the arrangement of lower base reinforcing rods is facilitated because a reinforcing member with a high-tension bolt is installed first then a linear reinforcing rod is installed after arranging the lower base reinforcing rods.
(FR)L'invention concerne une structure de renforcement de tête pour une pile tubulaire en acier. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention comporte concerne une pile tubulaire en acier dont les parties supérieure et inférieure sont ouvertes et dont la circonférence inférieure comporte une pluralité de trous de couplage. On insère dans la pile tubulaire en acier une plaque de renforcement circulaire comportant une pluralité de trous à sa périphérie. On insère une extrémité d'un élément de fixation dans le trou existant dans la plaque de renforcement circulaire, on la fixe dans celui-ci à l'aide d'un écrou, et on maintient l'autre extrémité dans la circonférence supérieure de la pile tubulaire en acier pour solidariser la plaque de renforcement circulaire avec la partie basse interne de la pile tubulaire en acier. Il existe une pluralité d'éléments de renforcement et on soude au préalable un côté de chaque élément de renforcement à une vis qui est reliée au trou de couplage de la pile tubulaire en acier. On relie une bague cylindrique à la vis, avant de relier celle-ci au trou de couplage de la pile tubulaire en acier. Une pluralité de plaques trapézoïdales comporte des trous d'insertion à proximité de leur petit côté, et on soude un écrou près du trou d'insertion et de la face inférieure des plaques. Selon la présente invention, on insère d'abord la vis de l'élément de renforcement dans la bague cylindrique anneau qui présentea une certaine longueur puis on l'insère, orientée vers l'extérieur, dans le trou de couplage depuis l'intérieur de la pile tubulaire en acier. L'extrémité de l'élément de renforcement touche la surface supérieure de la plaque de renforcement circulaire. (KO)본 발명은 강관파일 두부보강 구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상,하부가 개방되고 하부측 둘레에 다수개의 결합홀을 형성한 강관파일과; 상기 강관파일에 삽입되며 가장자리에 다수개의 홀을 형성한 보강원판과; 일측은 상기 보강원판에 형성된 홀에 삽입하여 너트로 결합되고, 타측은 상기 강관파일의 상부 둘레에 걸림되어 강관파일의 내부 하측에 보강원판을 고정하는 고정부재와; 상기 강관파일의 결합홀에 결합되는 볼트를 장방향의 일측에 미리 용접하여 이루어진 다수개의 보강부재와; 상기 볼트가 강관파일의 결합홀에 결합하기 전 볼트에 삽입되는 원통형 링과; 제형(梯形, 사다리꼴)의 형상이며 짧은 변의 근방에는 삽입홀을 형성하고, 하부 및 삽입홀의 근방에는 너트를 용접하여 이루어진 다수개의 플레이트를 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 보강부재의 볼트는 강관파일의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입되도록 결합홀에 삽입하고, 이에 앞서 일정길이를 갖는 원통형 링을 볼트에 삽입하며, 보강부재의 끝단은 상기 보강원판에 면접되도록 구비함으로써 보강부재가 강관파일의 내주연으로부터 일정간격 이격되도록 하고, 플레이트는 상기 보강부재의 상부로부터 삽입하여 강관파일의 둘레의 상단에 걸쳐지게 하되, 짧은 변이 강관파일의 내주연측으로 내향되게하고 너트에 볼트를 결합하여 볼트의 끝단이 보강부재의 일측에 닿게 함으로써 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강관파일 두부보강 구조에 관한 것이다. 이렇게 함으로서 고장력볼트가 부착된 보강부재를 먼저 시공하고, 일자형 보강철근을 기초하부철근 배근 후에 시공됨으로서 기초하부철근 배근을 용이하게 하는 장점이 있다.
