(EN)Provided is a solar battery including: a semiconductor substrate (1) having a pn junction unit; and a silver electrode (4) and an aluminum electrode (5) which are arranged on the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate (1). The silver electrode (4) and the aluminum electrode (5) are overlapped on each other in an overlap region (9). The silver electrode (4) contains a glass component whose softening point temperature is not lower than the glass softening point temperature of a glass component contained in the aluminum electrode (5). Also provided is a method for manufacturing the solar battery.
(FR)L’invention concerne une pile solaire comprenant : un substrat semi-conducteur (1) ayant une unité de jonction pn ; et une électrode en argent (4) et une électrode en aluminium (5) qui sont agencées sur la surface arrière du substrat semi-conducteur (1). L’électrode en argent (4) et l’électrode en aluminium (5) se chevauchent l’une l’autre dans une région de chevauchement (9). L’électrode en argent (4) contient un composant en verre dont la température de point de ramollissement n’est pas inférieure à la température de point de ramollissement du verre d’un composant en verre contenu dans l’électrode en aluminium (5). L’invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de la pile solaire.
