(EN)The invention relates to a process for utilizing the heavy liquid fractions resulting from oil refining, by combustion in a fluidized-bed chemical looping process. The process according to the invention is used to produce energy by completely oxidizing the heavy liquid feedstocks, while allowing direct capture of the CO2 emitted in the combustion flue gases. The process according to the invention also enables a syngas to be produced.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de valorisation des fractions liquides lourdes issues du raffinage du pétrole par combustion dans un procédé de boucle chimique en lit fluidisé. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de produire de l'énergie en oxydant totalement les charges liquides lourdes, tout en permettant le captage direct du CO2 émis dans les fumées de combustion. Le procédé selon l'invention permet également de produire un gaz de synthèse.
