(EN)Provided herein is a device to occlude a hole in a wall of an organ or tissue. In another embodiment, a device is provided which comprises an extracellular matrix-derived material and an adhesive to occlude a hole in a wall of an organ or tissue. Provided are devices prepared from extracellular matrix-derived cell-growth scaffolding to repair defects in walls of organs or tissues. Also provided are methods for preparing the device as well as for using the device.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à colmater un trou situé dans la paroi d'un organe ou d'un tissu. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant un matériau issu de la matrice extracellulaire et un adhésif en vue du colmatage d'un trou situé dans la paroi d'un organe ou d'un tissu. L'invention concerne encore des dispositifs préparés à partir d'un tuteur permettant le développement de cellules issues de la matrice extracellulaire, dispositifs destinés à remédier à des défauts affectant la paroi d'organes ou de tissus.
