(EN)Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element (organic EL element) having a simple structure, wherein luminous efficiency of the element is improved and driving stability is sufficiently assured. The organic EL element has a light-emitting layer between an anode and a cathode arranged on a substrate.  The light-emitting layer contains (A) a phosphorescent dopant having an emission peak wavelength longer than 600 nm and (B) a host material.  The host material contains at least two kinds of compounds selected from two or more kinds of derivatives among (b1) N-substituted indolocarbazole derivatives, (b2) derivatives of aluminum-8-hydroxyquinoline complex and (b3) bisindolocarbazole derivatives.
(FR)L'invention un élément organique électroluminescent (élément organique EL) de structure simple, le rendement lumineux de l'élément étant amélioré et sa stabilité d'alimentation étant assurée suffisamment. L'élément organique EL présente une couche émettrice de lumière entre une anode et une cathode agencées sur un substrat. La couche émettrice de lumière contient (A) un dopant phosphorescent dont la longueur d'onde du pic d'émission est supérieure à 600 nm et (B) un matériau hôte. Le matériau hôte contient au moins deux types de composés sélectionnés parmi deux ou plusieurs types de dérivés de l'ensemble constitué (b1) de dérivés N-substitués d'indolocarbazole, (b2) de dérivés d'un complexe d'aluminium et de 8-hydroxyquinoléine et (b3) de dérivés de bisindolocarbazole.
