(EN)In a process for producing cyclohexylbenzene, benzene and hydrogen are contacted with a catalyst under hydroalkylation conditions to produce an effluent containing cyclohexylbenzene. The catalyst comprises a composite of a molecular sieve, an inorganic oxide different from said molecular sieve and at least one hydrogenation metal, wherein at least 50 wt% of said hydrogenation metal is supported on the inorganic oxide and the inorganic oxide has an average particle size less than 40 μm (microns).
(FR)La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de production de cyclohexylbenzène, dans lequel du benzène et de l’hydrogène sont mis en contact avec un catalyseur dans des conditions d’hydroalkylation pour produire un effluent contenant du cyclohexylbenzène. Le catalyseur comprend un composite d’un tamis moléculaire, d’un oxyde inorganique différent dudit tamis moléculaire et d’au moins un métal d’hydrogénation, où au moins 50 % en poids dudit métal d’hydrogénation est supporté sur l’oxyde inorganique et l’oxyde inorganique présente une taille de particule moyenne inférieure à 40 μm (microns).
