(EN)Disclosed is a method of manufacturing the photoactive layer of organic photovoltaic cells using aerosol jet printing The photoactive layer of the organic photovoltaic cell has high crystallinity and is easily formed into a multilayer structure, thus simplifying the process of manufacturing the organic photovoltaic cells. The solar power conversion efficiency of the organic photovoltaic cells including the photoactive layer is increased, thus facilitating the production of environmentally friendly energy.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de la couche photo-active de cellules photovoltaïques organiques utilisant une impression par jet d'aérosol. La couche photo-active de la cellule photovoltaïque organique possède une cristallinité élevée et est facilement formée en une structure multicouche, simplifiant ainsi le processus de fabrication des cellules photovoltaïques organiques. Le rendement de conversion d'énergie solaire des cellules photovoltaïques organiques comprenant la couche photo-active est amélioré, ce qui facilite la production d'énergie écologique.
