(EN)A reduction in disk warpage is reconciled with a reduction in the creep of a light-transmitting layer.  The light-transmitting layer has a modulus as determined at 25°C in the range of 1×107 Pa to 5×108 Pa, a modulus as determined at -20°C in the range of 4×108 Pa to 5×109 Pa, and a glass transition temperature of -20°C to 0°C.  The light-transmitting layer has a Martens hardness of 10 N/mm2 or lower.  The light-transmitting layer has an indentation creep of 2% or less.  The light-transmitting layer has an indentation recovery in the range of 0.2 to 2.0 µm.
