In an optical inspection device (1) which is provided with a light generation means (2), a light irradiation means (3) for irradiating an object to be inspected (4) with light generated from the light generation means (2), and a light detection means (6) for photo-electrically converting signal light obtained from the object to be inspected (4) by the light irradiation by the light irradiation means (3) and which inspects the object to be inspected (4) on the basis of the output of the light detection means (6), a light amplification means (5) for amplifying the signal light obtained from the object to be inspected (4) is provided. Thus, the optical inspection device capable of photo-electrically converting the signal light from the object to be inspected with high sensitivity and rapidly with an inexpensive structure without increasing the intensity of the light with which the object to be inspected is irradiated and without using an expensive low-noise and high-sensitivity light detector is provided.

Dans un dispositif d'inspection optique (1) qui comporte des moyens de génération de lumière (2), des moyens d'irradiation de lumière (3) pour irradier un objet devant être inspecté (4) avec une lumière générée à partir des moyens de génération de lumière (2) et des moyens de détection de lumière (6) pour convertir de façon photoélectrique une lumière de signal obtenue à partir de l'objet devant être inspecté (4) par l'irradiation de lumière par les moyens d'irradiation de lumière (3) et qui inspecte l'objet devant être inspecté (4) sur la base de la sortie des moyens de détection de lumière (6), l'invention porte sur des moyens d'amplification de lumière (5) pour amplifier la lumière de signal obtenue à partir de l'objet devant être inspecté (4).
