(EN)A composite material includes a carbon nanotube, and plural pentacene molecules bonded to the carbon nanotube. A method of forming the composite layer, includes depositing on a substrate a dispersion of soluble pentacene precursor and carbon nanotubes, heating the dispersion to remove solvent from the dispersion, heating the substrate to convert the pentacene precursor to pentacene and form the carbon nanotube-pentacene composite layer.
(FR)L'invention concerne une matière composite comprenant un nanotube de carbone et plusieurs molécules de pentacène reliées à ce nanotube de carbone. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à former une couche d'un tel composite. Ce procédé consiste à: déposer sur un substrat une dispersion de précurseur de pentacène soluble et de nanotubes de carbone; chauffer la dispersion pour retirer le solvant de la dispersion; chauffer le substrat pour convertir le précurseur de pentacène en pentacène et pour former la couche de composite pentacène-nanotube de carbone.
