(EN)A method is disclosed for producing nanocomposites from nanoparticles of metallic and non-metallic oxides obtained by a sol-gel process in a hydrophilic polymer matrix. The method includes the following steps: a colloidal suspension of nanoparticles of said oxides is formed and said nanoparticles are dispersed in a continuous organic phase, generally a hydrophilic polymer of high surface energy, with optional stirring and heating, so as to form a nanocomposite in which the polymer forms a shell around the oxide. The nanocomposite product is recovered as a powder by spray-drying, and is used as such or included in a proportion of 1 to 95% by volume in a polymer matrix of any type, such as a matrix of low surface energy.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de nanocomposites à partir de nanoparticules d'oxydes métalliques et non métalliques obtenues au moyen d'un procédé sol-gel dans une matrice polymère hydrophile, ledit procédé consistant à former une suspension colloïdale de nanoparticules desdits oxydes et à disperser les nanoparticules dans une phase continue organique, généralement un polymère hydrophile à haute énergie de surface, avec agitation et chauffage facultatif, de manière à obtenir un nanocomposite dans lequel le polymère forme une enveloppe autour de l'oxyde. Au moyen d'un séchage par pulvérisation, on récupère le produit nanocomposite en poudre, lequel est utilisé tel quel ou incorporé en proportion de 1 à 95% en masse dans une matrice polymère quelconque, telle qu'une matrice à faible énergie de surface.
(PT)É descrito um processo para a preparação de nanocompόsitos a partir de nanopartículas de όxidos metalicos e não-metálicos obtidas pelo processo sol-gel em uma matriz polimérica hidrofilica, o processo compreendendo formar uma suspensão coloidal de nanopartículas dos ditos όxidos e dispersar ditas nanopartículas em uma fase contínua orgânica, em geral um polímero hidrofilico de alta energia de superfície, sob agitação e aquecimento opcional, de modo a formar um nanocompόsito onde o polímero forma uma casca em torno do όxido. Por secagem por spray-dryer é recuperado o produto nanocompόsito em pό, utilizado como tal ou incluído em proporção desde 1 até 95% em massa em uma matriz polimérica qualquer, como uma matriz de baixa energia de superfície.
