(EN)The present invention concerns a metal membrane for a low-temperature-fluid storage tank wherein horizontal and vertical creases are formed and both creases intersect each other. In the intersection of the creases, a bidirectional elastic member connected to each crease is formed so that the creases can be horizontally and vertically elastic. The bidirectional elastic member protrudes and is shaped like either a pyramid, a dome or a cross. Each metal membrane is welded into a unit panel and the edge of each metal membrane is welded with the common edge of another adjacent metal membrane to keep a cargo warehouse air-tight, and ultra-low-temperature LNG is stored inside the cargo warehouse, so when the metal membrane contracts due to thermal deviation, the present invention reduces plane rigidity and, at the same time, equalizes plane rigidity of two intersecting directions. Accordingly, durability is increased, air-tightness is maintained and storage of low-temperature liquid is stabilized, regardless of extreme thermal deviation. Furthermore, fabrication of the storage tank is improved because the present metal membrane is easily clamped by a clamping unit of a welding robot or a transfer device.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une membrane en métal destinée à un réservoir de stockage de fluide à basse température et dans laquelle des nervures horizontales et verticales sont formées, les deux types de nervures s'entrecoupant. Un élément élastique bidirectionnel relié à chaque nervure est placé au niveau de l'intersection des nervures de manière que les nervures peuvent être élastiques en direction horizontale et en direction verticale. L'élément élastique bidirectionnel fait saillie et se présente sous forme de pyramide, de dôme ou de croix. Chaque membrane en métal est soudée pour former un panneau unitaire et le bord de chaque membrane en métal est soudé au bord commun d'une autre membrane en métal adjacente de façon à maintenir étanche à l'air un entrepôt de fret, et du gaz naturel liquéfié à ultra basse température est stocké à l'intérieur de l'entrepôt de fret, de manière que lorsque la membrane en métal se contracte en raison d'une déviation thermique, l'invention permet de réduire la rigidité dans le plan et, en même temps, de compenser la rigidité dans le plan de deux directions se croisant. (KO)본 발명은 주름이 종방향과 횡방향으로 형성되어 서로 교차되는 저온 유체 저장 탱크의 금속 멤브레인에 있어서, 주름의 교차 부위에 종방향 및 횡방향으로 신축이 가능하도록 주름 각각이 연결되는 양방향 신축부가 형성되고, 양방향 신축부가 돌출된 피라미드 형상, 돔 형상 또는 십자 형상을 가진다. 따라서, 본 발명은 상온에서 각 단위 금속 멤브레인이 단열패널에 용접에 의해 고정되고, 또한 화물창 전제의 기밀을 위하여 각 단위 금속 멤브레인이 이웃하는 다른 금속 멤브레인의 가장자리에 겹치기 용접에 의해 서로 연결되는 구조를 가지는 화물창 내부에 극저온의 LNG를 저장함으로써 금속 멤브레인이 큰 온도 차이로 인해 수축할 때 용접부에 발생하는 응력을 저감시키기 위해 면강성을 감소시키면서 동시에 직교하는 양방향 면강성이 동일하도록 함으로써, 극심한 온도차를 겪게 되더라도 내구성을 증대시킴과 아울러 기밀성을 유지하도록 하고, 안정적인 저온 유체의 저장을 가능하도록 하며, 용접 로봇이나 이송 장치의 클램핑 수단에 의해 쉽게 클램핑될 수 있도록 함으로써 저장 탱크 제조 작업의 효율을 높이도록 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.
