(EN)A highly proton conductive polymer electrolyte composite membrane for a fuel cell is provided. The composite membrane includes crosslinked polyvinylsulfonic acid. The composite membrane is produced by impregnating a mixed solution of vinylsulfonic acid as a monomer, a hydroxyl group-containing bisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent and a photoinitiator or thermal initiator into a microporous polymer support, polymerizing the monomer, and simultaneously thermal-crosslinking or photo-cros slinking the polymer to form a chemically crosslinked polymer electrolyte membrane which is also physically crosslinked with the porous support. Further provided is a method for producing the composite membrane in a simple manner at low cost as well as a fuel cell using the composite membrane.
(FR)L'invention porte sur une membrane électrolytique polymère composite fortement conductrice de protons pour pile à combustible. Ladite membrane qui comprend de l'acide polyvinylsulfonique réticulé est produite en imprégnant un support de polymère microporeux d'une solution mélangée: d'un d'acide vinylsulfonique en tant que monomère, de bisacrylamide contenant un groupe d'hydroxyle en tant qu'agent réticulant, et d'un photoinitiateur ou d'un thermoinitiateur; en polymérisant le monomère, tout en photoréticulant ou thermoréticulant simultanément le polymère pour former la membrane électrolytique polymère composite chimiquement réticulée, laquelle est aussi physiquement réticulée avec le support poreux. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de production simple et économique de la membrane composite, et sur une pile à combustible utilisant la membrane composite.
