(EN)Provided is a small-sized linear drive ultrasonic motor capable of obtaining stable pressing force with very few constraints on a relationship with an external device. The linear drive ultrasonic motor is provided with at least an ultrasonic vibrator which comprises a piezoelectric element, a driven member which is driven by force of friction with the ultrasonic vibrator, a pressing member which presses the ultrasonic vibrator to cause the friction force between the ultrasonic vibrator and the driven member, a first case member in which a first accommodating recessed portion is formed and the ultrasonic vibrator and the pressing member are accommodated therein, a guide means which movably supports the driven member, and a second casing member in which a second accommodating recessed portion is formed and a rolling member is accommodated therein.
(FR)L’invention concerne un moteur ultrasonore linéaire compact susceptible de produire une force de pression stable sensiblement indépendamment d’un dispositif externe. Le moteur ultrasonore linéaire comprend au moins un vibreur ultrasonore comportant un corps piézoélectrique, un élément entraîné qui est entraîné par une force de frottement avec le vibreur ultrasonore, un élément de pression qui exerce une pression sur le vibreur ultrasonore pour produire la force de frottement entre celui-ci et l’élément entraîné, un premier élément formant boîtier doté d’une première partie renfoncée réceptrice destinée à recevoir le vibreur ultrasonore et l’élément de pression, un moyen de guidage sur lequel l’élément entraîné est monté mobile, et un deuxième élément formant boîtier doté d’une deuxième partie renfoncée réceptrice destinée à recevoir un élément de roulement.
