(EN)A continuous elongated element (21) of elastomeric material is produced through an extruder (22) at a linear delivery speed (Vi) and directly fed onto a moving surface (31) of a conveyor (30) without interposition of other devices. The continuous elongated element (21) is advanced on the moving surface (31) along a predetermined direction (X) and at a linear advancing speed (V2) different from the linear delivery speed (Vi), until a proximal end (32) of the conveyor (31). Subsequently, the continuous elongated element (21) is applied onto a forming support (16) which rotates relative to the proximal end (32) of the conveyor (30) at a peripheral speed (V3) different from the linear delivery speed (Vi), so as to deform the continuous elongated element (21) and apply it in the form of wound coils onto said forming support (16), in order to form a component of elastomeric material of a tyre (3).
(FR)Un élément allongé continu (21) de matériau élastomère est produit à travers une extrudeuse (22) à une vitesse de distribution linéaire (V1) et directement acheminé sur une surface mobile (31) d’un transporteur (30) sans interposition d’autres dispositifs. L’élément allongé continu (21) progresse sur la surface mobile (31) le long d’une direction prédéfinie (X) et à une vitesse de progression linéaire (V2) différente de la vitesse de distribution linéaire (V1), jusqu’à une extrémité proximale (32) du transporteur (31). Puis, l’élément allongé continu (21) est appliqué sur un support de formation (16) qui tourne par rapport à l’extrémité proximale (32) du transporteur (30) à une vitesse périphérique (V3) différente de la vitesse de distribution linéaire (V1), de manière à déformer l’élément allongé continu (21) et à l’appliquer sous la forme de spires enroulées sur ledit support de formation (16), afin de former un composant de matériau élastomère d’un pneumatique (3).
