(DE)Auf einem Piezosubstrat (PS) sind zumindest zwei strukturierte Leitschichten (LS) nebeneinander ausgebildet, die je ein SAW-Filter realisieren. Die Leitschichten umfassen Wandlerstrukturen, Reflektoren und Leiterbahnen und weisen jeweils ein Metallisierungssystem auf, dem eine Schichtdicke zugeordnet ist. Zumindest zwei Schichtdicken unterschiedlicher Leitschichten weichen voneinander ab.
(EN)At least two structured conductive layers (LS) are configured adjacent to each other on a piezo substrate (PS), each implementing a SAW filter. The conductive layers comprise transducer structures, reflectors and conductive tracks and each have a metallization system with which a layer thickness is associated. At least two layer thicknesses of different conductive layers are different from each other.
