(EN)The invention relates to a method of producing colloidal chalogenide-containing semiconductor nanocrystals in an organic medium, comprising: providing an organic solution of a chalcogenide salt whose cation is a primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary ammonium cation; and creating and growing the nanocrystals in an organic medium by reacting the chalcogenide salt with at least one metal salt, in the presence of a co-ordinating ligand.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de nanocristaux de semi-conducteur contenant un chalcogénure colloïdal dans un milieu organique, le procédé consistant à : se procurer une solution organique d'un sel de chalcogénure dont le cation est un cation d'ammonium primaire, secondaire, tertiaire ou quaternaire; et créer et faire croître les nanocristaux dans un milieu organique par réaction du sel de chalcogénure avec au moins un sel métallique, en présence d'un ligand de coordination.
