(EN)Disclosed is a method for isolating a smooth muscle stem cell derived from a mammalian smooth muscle. The method comprises the steps of: contacting a mammalian smooth muscle cell with an anti-CD45 antibody, an anti-CD34 antibody and an anti-CD49f antibody each of which is labeled with a fluorescent dye; and isolating a cell which is not bound to the anti-CD45 antibody but is bound to the anti-CD34 antibody and the anti-CD49f antibody.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé d’isolement d’une cellule souche de muscle lisse dérivée d’un muscle lisse de mammifère. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : mettre en contact une cellule de muscle lisse de mammifère avec un anticorps anti-CD45, un anticorps anti-CD34 et un anticorps anti-CD49f dont chacun est marqué avec un colorant fluorescent ; et isoler une cellule qui n’est pas liée à l’anticorps anti-CD45 mais est liée à l’anticorps anti-CD34 et l’anticorps anti-CD49f.
