(EN) An electrodeposited wire tool (10) having a longitudinally extending core wire (4), a plated layer (3) on the outer peripheral surface (41) of the core wire (4), super-grinding particles (1) retained by the plated layer (3), and a covering layer (2) which covers the outer peripheral surface of the super-grinding particles (1). The covering layer (2) is formed by non-electrolytic Ni-P plating. The covering layer (2) is heat treated and some or all of the non-electrolytic Ni-P plating is crystallized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un débouchoir ayant subi une électrodéposition (10) et présentant une armature (4) s’étendant longitudinalement, une couche plaquée (3) sur la surface périphérique extérieure (41) de l’armature (4), des particules de meulage supérieur (1) retenues par la couche plaquée (3), et une couche de recouvrement (2) recouvrant la surface périphérique extérieure des particules de meulage supérieur(1). La couche de recouvrement (2) est formée par placage Ni-P non électrolytique. La couche de recouvrement (2) est traitée thermiquement et l’ensemble ou une partie du placage Ni-P non électrolytique est cristallisé.
