Title: QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS METHOD USING MASS SPECTROMETER
Abstract:
Conventionally, there has been a problem that there is no means for detecting an occurrence of a quantitative analysis hindrance factor of analysis data and the time domain when the hindrance factor occurs if quantitative analysis is made not using the isotopic labeling method, therefore the reliability of the analysis data cannot be evaluated, and the error of data caused by occurrence of quantitative analysis hindrance factor cannot be evaluated. To solve the problem, the following process is carried out. An internal standard substance detected together with the analysis component is mixed in the mobile phase or the eluate of the liquid chromatograph. A mass chromatogram of ions originated from the internal standard substance is acquired by analyzing a blank sample under a condition that no quantitative analysis hindrance factor occurs, and the mass chromatogram is recorded in a data analyzing unit. An analysis sample is mixed, and analysis data relating to the sample is acquired. The data analyzing unit compares the intensity of the ions originated from the internal standard substance with that of the blank sample within the analysis real time. If disagreement above a predetermined threshold is detected, occurrence of quantitative analysis hindrance factor is detected. The range of data error can be imparted to a data set or the like according to the degree of disagreement.
