(EN)The present invention relates to a method for detecting the existence and/or the reaction of physiologically active materials by accurately detecting changes in the electrical property resulting from biological, biochemical or chemical reaction of physiologically active materials, and a biochip provided for the same. The reaction of the sample for detection is carried out in a general reactive solution, and a reaction chamber is filled with a reference fluid having a large dielectric constant, such as water, prior to reaction for measuring the impedance value or capacitance value. The reactive solution is removed after completion of the reaction, and the reaction chamber is refilled with the reference fluid having a large dielectric constant for measuring the impedance value or capacitance value. Subsequently, the impedance value or capacitance value before or after the reaction is compared to check the existence and/or the reaction of physiologically reactive materials in the sample for detection.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de la présence et/ou de la réaction de matériaux physiologiquement actifs par détection précise de modifications de la propriété électrique résultant d'une réaction biologique, biochimique ou chimique de matériaux physiologiquement actifs, et une biopuce pour ce procédé. La réaction de l'échantillon destiné à être détecté se déroule dans une solution réactive générale et une chambre de réaction est remplie d'un fluide de référence à constant diélectrique élevée, du type eau, avant la réaction qui permet de mesurer l'impédance ou la capacitance. On retire la solution réactive une fois la réaction terminée, et la chambre de réaction est remplie à nouveau avec le fluide de référence ayant la constante décrite, dans le but de mesurer l'impédance ou la capacitance. Ensuite, on compare les valeurs d'impédance et de capacitance avant ou après la réaction pour vérifier la présence et/ou la réaction de matériaux physiologiquement actifs dans l'échantillon destiné à être détecté
(KO)본 발명은 생리활성물질의 생물학적, 생화학적 또는 화학적 반응에 따른 전기적 특성 변화를 정밀하게 검출하여 생리활성물질의 존재여부 및/또는 반응여부를 검출하는 방법 및 이를 위해 제공되는 바이오칩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 검출대상 시료의 반응은 일반적인 반응용액 하에서 수행하되, 반응 전에 반응 챔버 내에 물과 같은 유전상수가 큰 레퍼런스 유체를 채워 임피던스값 또는 커패시턴스값을 측정하고, 반응 완료 후에는 반응용액을 제거하고 상기 유전상수가 큰 레퍼런스 유체를 다시 채워 임피던스값 또는 커패시턴스값을 측정한 후, 반응 전후의 임피던스값 또는 커패시턴스값을 비교함으로써 검출대상 시료 내에 생리활성물질의 존재여부 및/또는 반응여부를 확인하는 방식을 채택한다.
