(EN)The invention is provided for producing oil coke on the basis of shale oil. The raw material is inserted in the coke cube, after which the thermo-oxidation and coking of the raw material are performed. Further the obtained oil coke is heated and after that annealed. The thermo-oxidation is performed at a temperature of 270-290 °C and terminated when the softening point of the raw material having been determined by the ball and ring method is 100-140 °C. The vaporised fractions emerged and the air used for thermo-oxidation are processed and re-utilized.
(FR)La présente invention concerne la production de coke de pétrole à partir d’huile de schiste. La matière première est insérée dans le cube de coke, après quoi la thermo-oxydation et le cokage de la matière première sont effectués. De plus, le coke de pétrole obtenu est chauffé et ensuite recuit. La thermo-oxydation est effectuée à une température de 270 à 290 °C et terminée lorsque le point de ramollissement de la matière première ayant été déterminé par la méthode bille-anneau est de 100 à 140 °C. Les fractions vaporisées dégagées et l’air utilisé pour la thermo-oxydation sont traités et réutilisés.
