Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a technique which easily forms a bank the inner lateral surface of which has a part (lower part of the inner lateral surface) made to be lyophilic. The technique provides an organic EL display panel containing a plurality of organic EL elements in which each organic EL element comprises a substrate, an anode disposed on the substrate, an organic light emitting layer disposed on the anode, a cathode disposed on the organic light emitting layer, and a forward-tapered bank which regulates the area of the organic light emitting layer. A liquid-repellent organic film is disposed on the upper surface of the bank and the surface of the upper part of the tapered portion of the bank but not disposed on the surface of the lower part of the tapered portion of the bank of the organic EL element.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une technique qui forme facilement un banc dont la surface latérale interne comprend une partie (partie inférieure de la surface latérale interne) rendue lyophile. La technique fournit un panneau d'affichage électroluminescent organique contenant une pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents organiques, chaque élément électroluminescent organique comprenant un substrat, une anode agencée sur le substrat, une couche électroluminescente organique agencée sur l'anode, une cathode agencée sur la couche électroluminescente organique, et un banc rétréci vers l'avant qui régule l'aire de la couche électroluminescente organique. Un film organique repoussant les liquides est agencé sur la surface supérieure du banc et la surface de la partie supérieure de la partie rétrécie du banc mais n'est pas agencé sur la surface de la partie inférieure de la partie rétrécie du banc de l'élément électroluminescent organique.
