Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for calculating the focal stack associated with an object space from the plenoptic function thereof, using a sum transform along the length of constrained planes in discrete hypercubes, enabling the calculation time to be considerably reduced. The invention also relates to a method for increasing the resolution of the focal stack obtained. In addition, the invention relates to two methods for the real-time recovery of the depths and moduli and phases of the complex amplitude of the wavefront respectively in each position of the surfaces of a three-dimensional scene and to a system designed to carry out the aforementioned methods.
(ES) Método para calcular el "focal stack" asociado a un espacio objeto a partir de su función plenóptica, empleando una transformada de suma a lo largo de planos restringidos en hipercubos discretizados, lo que permite disminuir considerablemente el tiempo de cómputo. Se presenta además un método para aumentar la resolución del "focal stack" obtenido. Adicionalmente, la invención se refiere a dos métodos para recuperar en tiempo real las profundidades y los módulos y fases de la amplitud compleja del frente de onda, respectivamente, en cada posición de las superficies de una escena tridimensional, así como un sistema adaptado para realizar los métodos anteriores.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à calculer la "pile focale" associée à un espace objet à partir de sa fonction plénoptique, au moyen d'une transformée de somme le long des plans restreints en hypercubes discrétisés, ce qui permet une diminution considérable du temps de calcul. Elle concerne également un procédé destiné à augmenter la résolution de la "pile focale" obtenue. L'invention concerne, en outre, deux procédés destinés à récupérer en temps réel les profondeurs, les modules et les phases de l'amplitude complexe du front d'onde, respectivement, dans chaque position des surfaces d'une scène tridimensionnelle, ainsi qu'un système conçu pour mettre en oeuvre les procédés susmentionnés.
