(EN)Disclosed are thermoresponsive microparticle composite hydrogels comprising poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) and polyacrylamide, and methods regarding their manufacture and their use. The present invention provides in one aspect a thermoresponsive microparticle hydrogel, wherein the matrix morphology is controllably and selectively altered by incorporation of thermoresponsive nano/micro- particles. The particles are preferably poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) particles. The present invention also provides methods of making and using such hydrogels.
(FR)L'invention concerne des hydrogels composites de microparticules thermoréactives comprenant du poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) et du polyacrylamide, et des procédés concernant leur fabrication et leur utilisation. La présente invention concerne dans un aspect un hydrogel de microparticules thermoréactives, dans lequel la morphologie de matrice peut être modifiée de façon contrôlable et sélective par incorporation de nano/microparticules thermoréactives. Les particules sont de préférence des particules de poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide). La présente invention propose également des procédés de préparation et d'utilisation de tels hydrogels.
