(EN)The present invention relates to a method of designing DNA probe chip for room-temperature hybridization in order to solve the solvent evaporation problem occurring when carrying out said hybridization at a high temperature of 40oC~50oC or higher, wherein the method is designed to allow genotyping through hybridizing at a room temperature of 20oC~30oC. The method of designing DNA probe chip comprises designing DNA probe to start at -10~+5 position that is between -10 position which is overlapped 10 sequences with primer and +5 position which is 5 sequences far form the 3'-terminal of primer, based on 0 position which is 3'-terminal of primer.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé d'élaboration d'une puce de sonde d'ADN pour hybridation à température ambiante, dans le but de résoudre le problème posé par l'évaporation du solvant lors de l'exécution de ladite hybridation à température élevée égale ou supérieure à 40°C-50°C, ce procédé étant conçu pour permettre un génotypage par hybridation à température ambiante de 20°C-30°C. Ce procédé consiste à concevoir la sonde d'ADN afin qu'elle débute au niveau de la position -10~+5, c'est-à-dire entre la position -10 chevauchée de 10 séquences y compris l'amorce et la position +5 éloignée de 5 séquences de la terminaison 3' de l'amorce, sur la base de la position 0 qui est la terminaison 3' de l'amorce.
