(DE)Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abtrennung von Alkohol aus einer Fermentation, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass ein Teilstrom (4) des Fermentationsmediums in situ über eine Destillationskolonne (2) mit vorzugsweise wenigen theoretischen Trennstufen geführt wird, um einen Teil des Alkohols abzutrennen und danach den alkoholarmen Teilstrom (6) zurück in die Fermentation zu leiten. Hierdurch wird die Produktivität der Fermentation signifikant verbessert. Weiterhin werden Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tierfutter und Biogasen offenbart.
(EN)The invention relates to a method for separating alcohol from a fermentation. Said invention is characterised in that a partial flow (4) of the fermentation medium is guided in situ through a distillation column (2) having preferably, few theoretical separation stages in order to separate one part of the alcohol and then to guide the low-alcohol partial flow (6) back to the fermentation. As a result, the productivity of the fermentation is significantly increased. The invention also relates to methods for producing animal foods and biogases.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la séparation d'alcool d'une fermentation. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un écoulement partiel (4) du milieu de fermentation est acheminé in situ à travers une colonne de distillation (2), présentant de préférence moins d'étages de séparation théoriques, afin de séparer une partie de l'alcool et de renvoyer ensuite l'écoulement partiel (6) pauvre en alcool vers la fermentation. Le rendement de la fermentation est ainsi notablement accru. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de fabrication d'aliments pour animaux et de biogaz.
